Scars

Today I took my fear and pain and heartbreak and turned them into scars. I took the girl who said she'd never do it into the girl whose tears mixed with the blood that came from her wrists. Today I became the girl who steals her mother's razor blades and hides them away, using them only when no one else is awake to hear her cries. I became someone I didn't know, someone who used physical pain to erase all the emotional turmoil inside of her. And today, I turned into the hysterical, vulnerable girl who cuts herself and sees no way out. I turned into the one person I thought I'd never be.

Hello I am here :) It's been a while, no? I've been enjoying my summer and trying to get my life back! I have a job now that I love, my license, and plenty of new friends and a new attitude. I've been toying with the idea of deactivating my DA for quite some time. I always forget about it, and I have a lot to deal with in my life so I don't necessarily have time for the site. However, I have a rediscovered passion for art in all its forms, and as I write this CS5 is being added to my computer. In saying this, I'm going to try and reprise my DA account.
